When you visit our practice please bring all insurance information including insurance card and co-payment. Every effort is made to see you at your appointment date and time but occasional emergencies or deliveries may cause delays. We do our best to keep you from being inconvenienced. We do ask that no children under the age of 14 be brought to our office due to our high risk patients. We also do not allow any cameras or camcorders during your visit. Every patient will receive a CD with an assortment of pictures of your baby taken during the exam. Please limit the amount of guest brought to your appointment. Co-pays, Co-ins, and/or deductibles are due at the time of visit. Any past due amounts must be paid prior to the next appointment.
